Deposit limit
A ceiling per day, week or month. Set once, it applies without further thought — the most useful control on the list.
Session reminder
A note on screen after a chosen interval, telling you how long you have been playing. Time passes strangely in a lobby.
Loss limit
A cap on net losses over a period, separate from the deposit ceiling.
Time out
A short break — days rather than months — during which the account does not open. It reactivates on its own.
Self-exclusion
A long or permanent close of the account, for when a break is not the right size of answer.
Account history
The plainest tool there is: the record of what has actually gone in and out, in one place.
Setting the frame before you start
Deciding the size of a session while it is running is difficult, and deciding it beforehand is easy. That asymmetry is the whole reason the limits exist — set the number when nothing is at stake, and the number holds when something is.
The same goes for time. A reminder every hour costs nothing and answers a question that is genuinely hard to answer from inside a lobby, where there are no windows and nothing marks the passing of an evening.
These settings live under your account on the platform, alongside verification and payment details. Once configured they need no further attention, and they can be tightened at any moment. Loosening them takes effect after a delay, which is intentional.
A few signs worth taking seriously
Play stops being entertainment when it starts being a plan for something else — recovering a loss, covering a bill, or filling time that has become uncomfortable. Playing longer than intended, more often than intended, or keeping it quiet from people close to you are the usual early signals.

Can I lower a deposit limit immediately?
Yes. Tightening a limit takes effect at once. Relaxing one takes effect after a waiting period, so a decision made in the moment cannot undo one made calmly.
Does a time out delete my account?
No. The balance and the history remain, and the account reopens by itself when the period ends.
Is self-exclusion reversible?
A fixed-term exclusion ends when its term does. A permanent one is meant to be permanent, and support will say so before applying it.
